چکیده
The shape parameter estimation using the minimum-variance linear estimator with hyperparameter (MVLE-H) method is believed to be effective for a wear-out failure period in small sample. In process of estimation, our uses and estimate parameters MVLE-H method. To obtain optimal c, it takes long time, even case main purpose this paper remove restriction samples. We observed that if we set parameters, sample size n can use regression equation infer c from n.
